- Generated business and ensured growth of existing accounts by assessing potential application of products and offering solutions that met the customer needs.
- Developed and managed the Engineering and Design Department, created procedures and working practices to ensure the smooth flow of projects through the organization from design through manufacturing and onto customer acceptance.
- Managed masking improvement program for key accounts. Involving time on customers’ sites developing and designing custom rubber molded masking solutions, and working practices whilst liaising with production plants in the USA and Asia.
- Developed and designed custom masking and protection solutions, utilising a number of materials such as silicone, neoprene, EPDM, SBR, LDPE, Vinyl, flouroelastomer and natural rubber. Involving manufacturing processes such as compression molding, transfer molding, injection molding, dip molding, rapid prototyping and adhesive tape die cutting.
- Managed the introduction of new manufacturing, rapid protoyping and converting equipment, including log slitters, laminators, die cutting machinery and 3D printers. Responsible for specification of equipment, selection of vendors, contract negotiation, management of build, testing, installation and training.

Moonstone Hotel Properties
- Directed all Information Technology functions
- Project management of guest room technology for a new build 150 room resort, including specification of equipment, selection of vendors, contract negotiation, management of build, testing, installation and training.
